Beyond amazing customer service and polish!

The post office lost my package, while it wasn’t Lights Lacquers fault, they did everything to make it right. They communicated often with me and even reached out to the post office. They kept me updated every step of the way. I was worried the polish would sell out, so while the post office was working to figure out their error, Lights Lacquer offered to hold a replacement for me. When the post office declared they lost the package, they sent the replacement asap. Shout out my customer service girl Criscel, love you girlie. I got the Song of the Sirens quad and it’s the most amazing polish. It looks EXACTLY like the promotional photos and videos. I can’t stop staring at my nails it’s just spectacular.
