Calling All Angels Nail Art Tattoos

WHAT YOU WILL NEED Scissors, Water, Tweezers & Topcoat APPLICATION Using small scissors, cut out the nail art piece from the backing. Remove the clear shield and place the decal into your water for 5-10 seconds, allowing the paper to become saturated. (You will notice the decal start to slip off the paper backing) Using your tweezers, peel the nail art decal slowly off of the paper and place on the desired nail. Lock in the look by applying your top coat once your nail is fully dry! Pro Tip ♥ Gently use a sponge to quickly absorb any moisture. It is also helpful if you want to shift the tattoo before it is dry and settled!
