Works well

My nails were deeply ridged - almost corrugated looking - and this product does smooth out and fill in ridges. (now thankfully the deep ridges have grown out and I don't reach for this as much). I haven't used other ridge fillers so I cannot compare, but this has an almost melted candle wax like texture and self-levels. It makes application of polish seem smoother and easier. It doesn't look good on it's own (matte dried wax like finish) but seems to do the job quite well. Substantial viscous product.

Didn’t smooth out nails

I purchased this for my mom and unfortunately it didn’t smooth out her nails, once we applied the polish over, the ridges in her nails were still very noticeable. Love Kathleen but unfortunately this product didn’t work out for us.
