Super shiny

I purchased some of the Care Bears collection because I grew up with the original Care Bears and Grumpy Bear has always been my favorite! This polish is a slightly dusty periwinkle and a perfect springtime color. The formula isn't a favorite. It's thin, requires at least three coats for full coverage, and for whatever reason took forever to dry. However, it has amazing shine even without a top coat and I love the shape of the brush.

Great nail polish

I love the size and price point for these polishes! They wear really well and I am obsessed with the clearly Jelly top coat, gives a beautiful shine and doesn't flake quickly!

Not the typical quality

I have had multiple polishes from Lights Lacquer, I’ve been a fan since the inception but this polish is terrible. I had to put on multiple coats. It made the polish thick which caused chipping in a couple of days. The polish is runny and just not something I would buy again.
