Nourishing Elixir

Didn't think I needed the nourishing elixir but ended up purchasing during a sale. I've been using this as a base coat under all of my manis for the past almost 3 months and I will 100% repurchase. I usually break a few nails a month but haven't broken one since I started using the nourishing elixir which is amazing! It's a really nice subtle color, I will often times wear it by it's self. Not really sure how I went so long without using this but so happy I decided to give it a try.

This product is not only beautifully packaged, but also works wonders for your nails. I’ve been using it as a base coat and it has helped my nails grow; they were in rough shape after a few months of gel manicures and me biting them down. As soon as I applied them to my bare nails they transformed the way they looked from the get go, but leaving it on as a base has helped them even out in color and fill in any uneven spots (ridges). It also works well alone when you don’t want to paint your nails, but want something on them anyways for protection.

Nourishing Elixir

'I'll Be Seeing You' is one of the prettiest shades from LL! Soft and pretty, but can be built up. Loving the nourishing elixir too, on its own or just underneath other polishes.

With similar ingredients to Nails.INC's "Back To Life" treatment, LL's "Nourishing Elixir" takes the cake as my favourite self-care nail treatment!!
It has a fairly low smell, which can often be rare for nail treatments; it also doubles as a base coat, which again, some don't recommend, as they suggest using theirs as a repeated treatment alone. What’s better yet is LL’s actually works as a base coat as well, my last mani lasted 7 days on top of this! // This treatment also prevents staining as it has a nude base, but also speckles of blue shimmers + a blue shift that offsets yellowing tones (see 2nd picture for a better example of the blue w/ flash). // It has genuinely helped nourish my nails, especially from surface damage after I peeled off some nail polish. I use it on a weekly basis and will definitely be repurchasing it once I run out!

Honestly, I would wear this alone as I personally think it leaves a really pretty and smooth finish, or it could be a great nail art base! Pictured: I used 2 coats on top of 1 coat of Magic Strengthener and it looks super cute, very subtle/natural shimmer!
