  1. Are your products cruelty free?

We are animal lovers, CRUELTY-FREE means that the ingredients/components and final product have not been tested on animals.

  1. Lights lacquer is formulated without 7 harmful ingredients.

Lights Lacquer is formulated without 7 harmful ingredients. Lights Lacquer contains no Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP, Camphor or Formaldehyde Resin, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, TPHP, or Parabens

  1. How should I use your products?

How to use: 

Step1. Push cuticles back

Step 2. Cut or file nails to shape leaving no jagged edges

Step 3. Cleanse nail plate with alcohol or nail cleanser 

Step 4. Apply Base Coat (making sure to seal nail edges- reduces chips) Allow to dry

Step 5. Apply first thin coat of Lacquer to each nail (working one hand at a time) 

Step 6. Apply second coat of Lacquer to each nail- Allow to dry before applying Top Coat 

Step 7. Apply High Gloss Top Coat (remember to allow lacquer to fully dry before any activities)

  1. Why do some shades look different color tones online than in person? 

Each computer monitor/screen is calibrated differently which causes some shades to appear different on-line than in person. The best place to view the shades is in natural sunlight. 

  1. My nail polish chips/peels off, what should I do? 

Consider lifestyle. Nail polish wears differently on everyone. Some naturally experience shorter wear due to nail type and condition, and others have lifestyles that expose manicures to chips and peeling. Here are just a few reasons for chipping and peeling:

– Naturally oily nail beds

– Short nail beds with little to no free edge

– Frequent handwashing

– Using household cleaning products and chemicals without gloves

– Using nails as tools (i.e. opening soda cans)

  1. Some shades with glitter feel thicker? 

Glitter flakes are a bit heavy and tend to sink to the bottom, so these types of shades require extra missing prior to application.  We suggest tightly closing the bottle and flipping it carefully upside down and rolling the bottle in the palms of your hands- the warmth of your hands and the rolling motion will help blend these flecks back into suspension.

    7. How long does it take to dry? 

    One coat takes 30 seconds and two coats take 60 seconds to dry

    1. Where is my package? 

    If for some reason you cannot find your package, you must reach out to your local post office since they are the ones claiming to have successfully delivered the item. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your mailbox and cannot dispute this on your behalf!

    1. My package was scanned as delivered, but I did not receive. What do I do?

    Contact your shipping carrier directly for questions about the exact location of your package. Our customer service department will only be able to provide the information you see using your tracking number on the carrier website.

    1. Shipping Rates? 

    Shipping rates are generated based on weights & location through USPS. Priority Shipping is the only shipping option over a certain amount of weight. 

    1. Do you ship worldwide?

    We currently ship to the US, United Kingdom, & Canada ! We're always looking for ways to reach more of you every day--make sure to sign up for our newsletter to get updates on our shipping policies. 

        5. International delivery time?

    We use USPS for orders within the US. Please allow time for customs delays when shipping to countries outside of the US. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Lights Lacquer.

      6. When will my order be fulfilled/shipped?

    Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order & 1-3 business days for shipping within the US, time may exceed for Hawaii and Alaska. Please allow 4-15 days for International shipments. For International customers, there may be additional customs delays and fees which the customer would be responsible for. There can be an additional 2-4 days of processing time during product launches, sales/promotions, holidays, etc. Delivery times will vary based on the following: distance from our warehouse to your shipping address, your shipping location is based in the US (domestic) or International (rest of the world), the delivery option you select.

    Domestic (United States):

    USPS First Class: 7-10 business days

    USPS Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days (up to $100 insurance) 

    International (rest of the world):

    International Shipping: 4-15 Business Days (APC Postal Logistics, up to $100 insurance)

      7. Are the shades limited edition? 

    Yes! The collections are limited edition we may restock certain shades but it's not always guaranteed it will return back for sale. So get them while they last! 

    8. Using multiple promo codes? 

    We do not honour stacking promo codes, Example: "While we try to offer special discounts and promotions throughout the month, these offers cannot be combined in a single order." One promotion code per order only.
