12-Free polish does not contain formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, camphor, formaldehyde resin, xylene and don’t contain parabens, fragrances, phthalates,  animal ingredients, ethyl tosylamide and triphenyl phosphate.

Yes and yes! Our products are developed without any testing done on animals, and does not include any animal-derived ingredients. <3

NAIL TALK

Step 1. Push cuticles back

Step 2. Cut or file nails to shape leaving no jagged edges

Step 3. Cleanse nail plate with alcohol or nail cleanser 

Step 4. Apply base coat (making sure to seal nail edges- reduces chips) allow to dry

Step 5. Apply first thin coat of lacquer to each nail (working one hand at a time) 

Step 6. Apply second coat of lacquer to each nail- allow to dry before applying top coat 

Step 7. Apply high gloss top coat (remember to allow lacquer to fully dry before any activities)

Step 1. Prep Nail and/or apply Lights Lacquer color of your choice. Wait for polish to dry completely as the sticker will not stick correctly to wet polish.

Step 2. Slightly flex the sheet & lift a corner of the sticker from the sheet using tweezers to gently peel away from backing. Place onto desired location and softly press down adhered the sticker to the nail.

 Step 3. Seal your nail art with So Over it Top Coat and you are done!

(TIP: to prevent nail art from smudging, place a small amount of topcoat over the sticker only and allow to fully dry, after the topcoat is dry apply to the full nail)

We recommend always using our base and top coat for a perfectly polished look! Be sure to dehydrate your nail plate with polish remover before applying your base coat. Be sure to cap your free edges with color and your topcoat to seal the tip of the nail!

Depending on the thickness of your polish application, drying time takes anywhere between 3 and 6 minutes.

For the longest shelf life, store your polish in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

SHIPPING

We calculate your shipping rates through USPS. Shipping is based on the location of your package destination and the weight of your order.

We do our absolute best to make sure you get your lacquer as fast as we can! Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm est. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order & 1-3 business days for shipping within the United States, time may exceed for Hawaii and Alaska. Please allow 4-15 days for international shipments. For international customers, there may be additional customs delays and fees which the customer would be responsible for. There can be an additional 2-4 days of processing time during product launches, sales/promotions, holidays, etc. Delivery times will vary based on the following: distance from our warehouse to your shipping address, and your shipping location.

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, this will include your tracking number where you can keep track of your lacquer every step of the way!

Lights Lacquer's LABEL line ships worldwide. This includes apparel, accessories such as hats, socks, tote bags and lifestyle products such as mugs and candles. Lights Lacquer currently does not ship worldwide, this includes all nail lacquer, tools, nail art and treatments. Lights Lacquer only ships to the United States, Canada and the UK. This is due to the different shipping laws of liquids to international countries.

We are sorry for any inconvenience, we know how excited you are to get started on your nail looks! Please refer to your tracking number provided in your email. This email will include the courier who is now responsible for the delivery of your package. Once your order has left our warehouse facility we no longer have the visibility of the location of your order.

ORDERS

All sales are final. Once a purchase has been made there are no exchanges or refunds. Please contact support@lightslacquer.com for further inquiries! The cancellation policy regarding placed orders refers to both Lacquer and Label orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our top priority; however due to the nature of our products, we cannot restock returned goods regardless of whether or not they’ve been opened. (Refer to Label section for apparel and accessory info)

Check the interior care tag or the item's product description for any special care instructions it may have.

While we do not accept refunds or returns, we will gladly accept size exchanges on our apparel within 14 days. Please see our return policy tab for further information.

All jewelry is final sale. Once purchase is made, there are no refunds or exchanges. Any issues with an item must be raised via email support@lightslabel.com within 48 hours of reported delivery, otherwise the sale is deemed final.

Lights Label only works with factories that pass the USA and EU labor laws.
