Company doesn’t stand behind product packaging

Purchased this set as a gift. Didn’t pay extra fee for package ‘insurance’. Shipping box arrived in pristine condition but smelled strongly of polish. Opened box & Sheer Bundle set completely to discover a bottle had leaked.

I assumed ( yes, I know) that extra fee that I didn’t pay was to cover if the order arrived smashed, opened or got lost in transit. I didn’t understand that by not paying the extra fee, the company would not stand behind the bottling of its actual product.
This company declined to replace the one bottle of the set. Not an ideal way to stand behind your product and not great customer service.

Disappointed with these shades

I was very excited to order this bundle. When i received and tried them all, I'm so disappointed with the shades. While they may each work with different skin tones, they certainly do not all coordinate well with mine. I really like only 2 out of the 6 shades and for the price, i ended up averaging almost $30/ea for the 2 shades i would ever use. I do love some of LL's other polishes as well as the quality of the product. I hope to hear from the company with some resolution to make me feel better about continuing to order.

i’m a little bit disappointed

the nail polishes are beautiful. i was hesitant about the formula at first? aside from the beautiful sheer bundle, i also got alexadrite( sorry for the spelling) and i was pretty upset. it’s a purple jelly base with blue shimmers, but i expected it to have a stronger blue hue. even over black, it gives a beautiful shine, but not what it looks in the bottle

I love the colors & how smooth the nail polish is. My sisters are also in love with the stickers—especially the metallic flames.
