  1. Base It: Start with clean, dry nails and apply 1 coat of your favorite base coat. We love So Clingy for the perfect foundation.
  2. Color On: Once your base coat is dry, apply 2–3 thin coats of your favorite polish. Let each coat dry completely.
  3. Seal the Shine: Finish with 1 even coat of Totally Gelly over your dried polish. Be sure to cap the free edge to help prevent chipping.

Tacky feeling

Feels really tacky. Never really felt dried. Worst to coat I have ever used. Tried it on lights lacquer polish and other brands and noticed the same poor performance. Will not use and won't recommend.

Looked great!

I purchased specifically to use the charms but they kept falling off. This product was suggested. I’m not sure if I was putting them on incorrectly but the top coat finish was beautiful!

So far, better than So Over It. But my negative experience with So Over It is always when the bottle gets to be one third empty and I’ve only used Totally Gelly twice so far. I like the look of Totally Gelly and got compliments.

Not expected

When I used this top coat I thought it was just one coat and finished, however when I applied it to my nails, the top coat was wrinkly and not shiny whatsoever. I am very sad that this product didn’t work as advertised.
