Rating 3 starts because of the clumpung issue with Insta Gloss. Maybe since the formula dries exceptionally quick, there was MAJOR clumping on the brush, which resulted in an uneven texture than you couldnt smooth out. I had to carefully apply another coat of it after wiping off the brush to prevent further clumping. You have to work fast with it, like, really fast, or else the product on the brush starts to dry and will leave bumps.
