This formula has an ultra-glossy, gel-like finish that will give you a professional level gel-like mani. Seal in nail art & charms and extend the wear time of your polish WITHOUT the use of an LED/UV light!

Note: Be sure to keep your bottle out of direct sunlight!

The secret to the perfect polished look is our oval stemmed, rounded flat brush. It provides a perfectly smooth application & is great for all sized nail beds.

Lovely finish from this top coat

I prefer doing my own nails at home instead of going to nail salon. Totally Jelly top coat combines very well with the So Clingy base coat to make the nail polish last for weeks. I liked the gel like finish without having to use the UV light machine.

Only con but also a pro - Totally Jelly is on the thin/runny (for the first time use) so you have to be careful while putting it on but as long as you are quick, it solves the problem and it dries fairly quickly, which is pro.

Worth it!!!

Top coats are not something I’ve ever felt was worth the time or money but when I saw this I decided to give it a go since I love how gel manicures look. I’ve used this three times now and each time it always makes my nail polish look more pulled together. Looks like I went to a nail salon for a gel manicure. Highly recommend!
