Crelly: Jelly + Cream = Crelly. Crelly polishes typically have a creamy base with a slightly translucent or jelly-like quality. They provide more opacity than jelly polishes but are not completely opaque like cream polishes. Crelly polishes often have a medium level of coverage, allowing some level of visible nail or underlying layers to show through. Crelly polishes are popular for nail art as they offer a balance between opacity and translucency.
