    WAX PEN: 

    Wax + Stainless Steel head. Easily picking up rhinestones, beads, gems and charms.

    • Dotting tool: diameter is 1.0mm

    Apply thin coat of So Over it Top Coat. When the top coat is slightly tacky use the wax pen applicator to select a gem of your choice and apply to desired place on the nail. Be sure to finish it off with a thin coat of topcoat to protect the gemstone.
