Nail Art No Smudge Top Coat

Secondly, this too cost saved me with chrome and cat eye finishes. I saw someone else’s review on it about keeping the finishes intact without smudging or just making them look glittery. Finally have a beautiful chrome finish on regular nail polish. Pic is Growth Tonic as base, 2 coats of clueless, and Kokoist fairy chrome with this Nail Art Top Coat.

I’ve started doing nail art and couldn’t find a top coat that didn’t smudge. Enter: this perfect product! I added a photo to demonstrate its effectiveness. Using my artist mat, I tested it using a polka dot swatch. The top swatch I used with only a top coat from a different brand. The bottom swatch I used the LL Nail Art top coat, let that dry, and finished it off with the same top coat from the other brand! No smudging, even using the same top coat in the end! Love love love. 1,000/10 WILL purchase again next time, or I won’t, JK!

It does prevent nail art from smudging, but dries down so matte and unflattering that I just can’t use it. When I tried putting another top coat over it, it just peeled off both… Now the bottle is just on my shelf, never to be used again it’s haunting me w regret

Absolutely amazed that there's zero smudging!! I topped with the insta gloss for extra staying power. Love how fluid and smooth application is on my nails, makes sealing nail art easy peasy. Can't wait to try more Lights Lacquer polishes!

I love this top coat! First of all the packaging is amazing! (Keeping this box forever) I’d expect nothing less from Kathleen! Second of all it really works! I always have a hard time when I make the perfect design (or as close as I can) and then put the top coat and it smears all of it, and no one wants a do-over who has time for that! Not this one though, it keeps the design intact! Best purchase ever!

It dries down to a dull/matte finish. It does what it says by not smudging the design, but it starts peeling after a day or two and if you want your nails to shine? This one isn’t it.

The top coat does not smudge your design. HOWEVER, it also never really dries down leaving your polish soft and susceptible to very easy damage. The final product is so dull and dingey. Not a good look at all. Looks dirty and semi-matte and sticky. And if you try to put a more glossy, stronger top coat on top (Out the Door, So Over It, Seche Vit, etc), it will dry and then peel right off. Its unfortunately just not a good product.

I can't wait to try this out!
