I'm typically a nude nail girl, but THIS is the perfect summer red!! It's all I've been wearing since I got my order and I'll probably continue to wear it as much as I can before summer ends. This also a great color for the toes! It's also very opaque, so you can definitely get full coverage with one coat. I will say this is definitely an orange leaning red, in case anyone is unsure, but a juicy gorgeous orange red at that.

More orange than red
Great formula, But I was disappointed that my polish looks more orange than red, it does not look like the promo pics.

Slightly Misleading
Was really looking forward to this color but unfortunately the orange overtook the red. Beware that certain bottles can look different than the promo pics. Instead of the hot tamale red I was hoping for it appears like a sunset orange. Still a beautiful finish but disappointed.

perfect summer red!
i am typically a nude/browns nail polish girly but i loved switching it up with hot rod!! it makes me feel flirty and fun! the formula is very long lasting (of course) and looks great with my totally gelly top coat!

This color will definitely start some engines! There are so many “summer reds” out there, but this one ignites the true feeling of summer! Red is always my favorite color no matter the season, and this one drives in at number one! Lights Lacquer has done it again. 🏎️ ❤️ 🔥

I don’t leave reviews but when I do it’s because something is off the wall amazing. I need to talk to someone about this. This shade is stuuuning and a one-coat wonder. I like having this 🌶️🌶️ emoji on your nails. An instant favorite, i’ll need 14 of them.
