This is definitely really sheer, I needed 3+ coats to get the hint of blue. But it is really pretty once fully applied.
This was outside of my comfort zone. But it was such a great pick! The color is very pretty milky pale blue, very pale, it's like those vintage milky ceramics!!! I can't stop wearing it.
Everyone is complaining about it being toooo sheer or translucent but if you read the directions on the website it literally tells you one coat will give you a shear wash of color but to do 3-4 for a more opaque wash jelly color look …. Sooooo that being said it does exactly what it’s intended to do ! Love it <3
Another blue fave for me! The ONLY thing I'd caution on, is that it's not a crelly as described (imo). To describe it more accurately, I'd call it a Sheer dove blue. Which is still gorgeous and just what I've been looking for. The description should be changed to Sheer or Jelly. Otherwise, it's long lasting, and dries SUPER glossy all on its own, as do the others from this collection.
This is too shear. I like the base and top coats but this color just doesn’t even show with 2 coats.
The color payout is very minimal and difficult to build. The formula is nice but, even after 4-5 coats (way too many), the cooor still wasn’t very strong.
Love color
The semi-translucent crelly finish was more translucent than I expected based on the sample pictures. It took me about 8-10 layers in order to get it as opaque as shown on the two sample hands! I also found that the pink of my nails made the finish a bit more lavender than shown in any of the photos (and I swear they are pretty normal!). I won't be using this again on its own - took at least 5 layers to start looking okay and I don't have time for that plus a base coat and top coat!
This is a beautiful color. Few layers or many, your choice, it’s gorgeous!
I have more nail polish than I know what to do with. Lights Lacquer has become my favorite brand. I just bought my second bottle of Butterfly Milk - blues are my favorite polishes! The formula is beautiful and even. I usually do 3-4 coats plus two coats of a gel-look topcoat. Lasts for a week! I love ALL LL crelly polishes! My fave!
