This color is great but it takes 3-4 coats. I am an amateur at painting my nails but this is a tricky one because you have to work quickly and evenly. Some colors are more forgiving than others if you know what I mean and this one is not that forgiving. I would buy again though!
I love this color, it was a birthday gift and it’s a very unique yellow. Received a lot of compliments so far every time I’ve worn it.
I needed a minimum of three coats to get full coverage on this one, unlike most other LL creme polishes, and I needed to work quickly while painting to avoid dryness. I did like the color, but I would have liked it to be a bit more neon. I know it’s hard to make, but I was hoping this one would pop more. It lasted nicely, though, and it’s still a pretty summer color. I’ll definitely wear it again.
I am typically ride or die for greens and blues and blurples, so I was very excited for the summer 21 collection. My faves, in order, are Bikini Bottoms, Skip It, Booze Cruise, Mr Brightside, Send Noodles, and Donna. I have cool-toned pale skin, so Send Noodles was a bit disappointing for me - didn’t look as good as on people with dark and warm skin tones. Bikini Bottoms is perfection - I only regret that I don’t have more fingers and toes because I want to wear this color always. The real surprise for me was Skip It. It’s a surprise fave for me - something so special about the neon magenta color that just can’t be captured in photo or video but looks fantastic in person. Such a great color.
…pero no. :( This is the ONLY polish I’ve ever bought from her brands (KL and Lights Lacquer) that is missing the “JOOT-ZY”, creamy, flawless application. I shook the polish for what felt like an eternity to see if maybe it needed a little mixing (I was in denial) pero no mi gente. Beautiful color it was just streaky on application. Definitely try it out for yourselves, maybe I got a funky batch.
