Pro Tip: A glossy top coat magnifies holographic glitter—amplifying its rainbow sparkle under the light.

Instagloss = quick-dry shine

Exactly what I was looking for

It’s a good clear polish with the right amount of sparkle. I haven’t used it on top of other polishes yet. But on its own, it’s great!

Beautiful Colors!!

So far, I am loving my Lights Lacquer order!! The colors are stunning, the packaging is beautiful, and everything shipped safely to my home! Long lasting

Okay I switched recently from a builder gel only girl to nail polish to give my nails a break and don’t know if I will ever go back. These polishes last so long without chipping and I did three thin coats and got a perfect sparkle

Rainbow glitter for days

I get why it’s called city of stars. Has a beautiful reflect of true rainbow colors. It’s beautiful on both a dark and light polish. (I only applied 1 coat on the dark polish, and did an ombré on the light.) It’s not a dense amount of glitter (medium amount?) and functions as a great topper.

The actual color is hard to capture on even picture or video, but trust me it’s super pretty.

Pictured is City of Stars with Scorpi-oops (dark shade), and the blush pink shade is another brand. Both in sun and shade.
