Base It: Start with 1 coat of your favorite base coat. For best results, we recommend So Clingy—it grips your polish for longer-lasting wear.

Magnetize It: Apply 1 coat of magnetic polish, then immediately hover the Magnetic Magic Wand at a slight angle just above the nail for 10–15 seconds to activate the effect.

Build It: Apply a second coat and repeat—hover the wand at an angle over the nail for 10–15 seconds to enhance the design.

Seal the Deal: Apply your top coat and hold the wand over the nail one last time for 10–15 seconds to lock in the magnetic shift and boost wear time.

Instagloss = quick-dry shine

Totally Gelly = long-wear, gel-like finish

Gorgeous

I was nervous about getting a magnetic polish but playing with fire is so gorgeous and easy to use! It’s giving all the beautiful reflects and sultry vibes.

Honestly terrible

I had a nightmare of a time finally getting my order and now that I finally have it, I am beyond disappointed with this polish. I tried redoing this manicure three times to get it to look anything like the pictures suggested. The photos are wildly misleading. Buyer beware.

Not the best magnetic nail polish out there

I’m sorry but I’ve tried all sorts of magnets and techniques with these LL magnetic nail polishes (I bought three) and they just aren’t giving the best effects. First of all, there’s not much depth to the nail polish anyway from the silvery magnetic particles to the red undertones. Secondly, the small particles just diffuse too much even while holding them in place with the magnet and curing. I really wanted to love these but it’s so hard to justify the benefits of it being magnetic.

I love this brand! The best color ever and the mooncat touch is the cherry on top!

Pretty color

Pretty color, not super multidimensional

Driest fast

Color looks different than the image. The color pulls more copper. I am impressed with the dry down speed. I will definitely keep playimg around with it.

Beautiful but misleading

The polish itself is beautiful although the magnetic effect is not very strong. My main issue is that the product I received looks nothing like the images above. This polish is a plum base with rose gold/copper magnetic shimmer. It isn’t nearly as multidimensional as the images depict. I normally love Lights Lacquer, I just wish this had been advertised more accurately.

Not as expected

The color wasn't as coppery as it appears online. The separation of color after magnetization is rather low in contrast. The brush cap isn't rubberized like my other LL polishes. Is this a defect or have the caps changed?? It's harder to open with small hands, while painting especially.
